Pregnant women should Do
- Go for antenatal care as soon as they know they are pregnant and at least three or four times during pregnancy.
- Sleep 6-8 hours at night
- Rest as much as possible for example lie down for one hour every day in the afternoon
- keep clean by washing frequently
- Get regular exercise, for example, walking half an hour every day
- Comfortable loose clothing and low-heeled shoes that support the feet.
- Continue to have a sexual relationship as long as they want to, unless there is bleeding from the vagina contractions have started or the bag of water is ruptured.
- A balanced diet and take plenty of water.
- Avoid staying aggressive.

Pregnant women should not do
- Lift carry the heavy load
- Drinking alcohol and other addiction .it can cause serious problems for the baby.
- Smoke cigarette
- Take medicines drugs and herbs unless prescribed by a doctor or nurse.
- Get exposed t chemicals such as hair dyes, pesticides to kill insects, or herbicides to destroy weeds.
- To not travel more.
- avoid unhealthy foods
