In polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) ovaries produce the amount of androgen, a male sex hormone that is present in women in very low amount .and destroy the egg quality .there are no causes know about this problem this may be due to genetic several other factors like hormonal imbalance causing the bad quality of egg which may result from the irregular menstrual period.


Sign of  PCOS

  • Irregular period and no period for a long time
  • Difficulties to get pregnant due to irregular ovulation or maybe failure to ovulate.
  • Weight gain in women.
  • Hair loss
  • More secretion of sebum. make skin oily
  • Excessive hair growth on face body chest.

Untreated PCOS: The untreated polycystic ovarian syndrome may cause many chronic health problems .like type 2 diabetes infertility obesity cardiovascular disease sleeping apnea depression and other reproductive issues, early diagnosis and treatment can help to reduce the high risk of this disease.PCOS can not be cured but its symptoms can be controlled.

Healthy diet for managing PCOSA healthy diet can manage the cyst because the unhealthy diet plays a major role to invite many other problems un organic food will disturb the hormone and reproductive system.

  • Always eat natural and unprocessed food.
  • Green leafy vegetables.
  • Dark red fruit, like red grapes blueberry blackberry,
  • Fatty fish,
  • Broccoli cauliflower 
  • High fiber food protein

 Worse food for polycystic ovarian disease: Food which had saturated and hydrogenated fat include dairy cream cheese and fatty red meat as well as processed food junk food cold drink can increase hormonal imbalance and increase estrogen production this can make your PCOS symptoms worse and can lead to weight gain .there is no proper cure for PCOS. The egg is also a great diet component for women with PCOS that why a women need full nutrients to cure symptoms.

Exercise for PCOS: Regular exercise can help to prevent polycystic ovarian disease.it can walk jogging swimming cycling are activities which may help in PCOS, at least an hour whole the day will help you in weight loss and maintain mental health.
